Jodylynne is originally from Kentucky and moved to South Carolina six years ago and immediately found herself intrigued by Real Estate making investments in the highly profitable Myrtle Beach area. She's been a Realtor since 2015, the Owner of Jordan Team Properties since 2016, and with Realty ONE Group Dockside since 2017. As an overachiever, her knowledge and expertise of the local market and investment opportunities available are only a few of her skills. She prides herself on providing excellent service to her sellers and buyers as an expert negotiator, proficiency in contracts, marketing guru, managing transaction flow to provide a smooth closing, all the while treating them like family.  For the past two years, she has been providing the Myrtle Beach area with the Listing of the Week on WFXB- Fox Midday News. She really enjoys creating positivity in the community and offers 5 Star Real Estate services. She’s served on Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors Outreach & Hospitality Committees, participates in Habitat for Humanity builds, active in nonprofit ONE Cares Angels, Executive Director of Smiles By Snail Mail nonprofit organization, and named ROGD Top Producer in May 2017.

 

In her off time she enjoys surfing, gardening, cruising in her golf cart, beach walks, riding the Skywheel, quality time with friends, and family.
