Jodylynne is originally from Kentucky and moved to South Carolina in 2014 and immediately found herself intrigued by Real Estate making investments in the highly profitable Myrtle Beach area. She's been a Realtor since 2015, the Owner of Jordan Team Properties since 2016, with Realty ONE Group Dockside since 2017, and achieving her Brokerage License in 2020. As an overachiever, her knowledge and expertise of the local market and investment opportunities available are only a few of her skills. She prides herself on providing excellent service to her Buyers and Sellers as an expert negotiator, proficiency in contracts, marketing guru, managing transaction flow to provide a smooth closing, all the while treating them like family.  Jodylynne has had the wonderful opportunity of providing the Myrtle Beach area with the Listing of the Week on WFXB- Fox Midday News. She really enjoys creating positivity in the community and offers 5 Star Real Estate services. She has served on the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors Outreach & Hospitality Committees, participated in Habitat for Humanity builds, active in nonprofit ONE Cares Angels, and named #1 Top Producer in May 2017.

 

In her off time she enjoys off-roading with Dirty Myrtle Jeepers, Surfing, Gardening, Beach Walks, Cruising in her Golf Car, spending quality time with friends, and family.
